With over 25 years of experience in Engineering and Operations, Intekhab brings his strong background in product development and program management to provide leadership and guidance in all areas in the company. He is helping the team further develop and deliver the farmNXT™ product to the market during the startup phase.
Intekhab has served as Vice President of Research and Development at Spacebridge Semiconductors, as Vice President of Technology and Product Development at AGRA Systems Ltd and Chief Operating Officer at Essential Life Data. He has led international technology development programs with organizations such as the Three Georges (China), Space Application Center (India) and European Space Agency. In the many years of his product development career, he has worked with small teams where he has had to establish standards and processes from the ground up, as well as with large development teams spread over multiple continents. In addition to his product development experience, he has a keen interest in business development, particularly in Asia. He has spent over 20 years supporting and often leading business development efforts in China and India; recently, he directed a multi-location product development team, as well as led the business development initiative to introduce a product in China. He also has significant experience in running operations, particularly during startup phases.
He is very interested in the startup ecosystem and continues to provide mentorship to start-up companies directly, as well as through the incubator program at L-Spark, a Canadian Incubator and Accelerator company that focuses exclusively on Enterprise SaaS and cloud startups.
